This serving board is about 40 × 30 cm in size and has been adequately treated for food use (MOCA certification).
It is handcrafted from a single wooden block and the beechwood used guarantees its durability and resistance over time
• After use, remove leftovers before cleaning.
• Spread on the surface of the cutting board bicarbonate, pour a few drops of vinegar or lemon, let it react for a few minutes, proceed to remove using a sponge or damp cloth. Make it dry completely in open air before storing.
• Alternatively, you can use a steam cleaner. Remove drops of residual water with a microfiber cloth. Make it dry completely in open air before storing.
• Do not rinse under running water: wood is a very porous natural material, and it could be damaged.
• The use of dishwashers is strongly discouraged because high temperatures could damage the platter.
• Finally, to preserve the chopping board and to clean faster and easier, it is recommended to use baking paper inside, especially in case of foods with oil or sauces.

Complimenti sinceri. Passiamo al tagliere... Me ne sono innamorato da subito perché dalle foto su internet, si intuisce e si capisce subito esattamente di questo tagliere e la sua funzionalità, molto pratico e originale... Poi quando ti arriva, e ce l'hai tra le mani, la storia cambia completamente perché la realtà supera di gran lunga la fantasia... È davvero stupendo, bello, meraviglioso molto originale e indicato per un Signor aperitivo !!! Tutti i locali dovrebbero avere un tagliere del genere perché semplicemente si fa la differenza con tutti gli altri taglierei possibili e immaginabili Sono veramente molto soddisfatto dell'acquisto e soddisfatto anche di esser stato assistito da persone gentili e professionali Bravi tutti e complimenti sinceri... Wonderful hand craftsmanship with superior attention to detail. Accentuating beveled sides versus flat, rounded contours. Gorgeous cuts of grainy beechwood buffed to a soft delicate shine. It’s a beautiful charcuterie board. After opening, I sincerely suggested to my wife that we should first hang it as a piece of art. It’s that nicely made. For food, the board is going to be a great centerpiece and fodder for much conversation about Italy focusing on each of the regions. I’m a Siciliano and the islands (Sicily and Sardinia) are separate pieces that compliment the main board perfectly. I can see this board as a wonderful new part of our family gatherings and being passed on to our kids someday. Grazie mille!
